How do I make a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished click on 'Items in Basket' and then start checkout. You will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to satisfy the order.

Orders will be subject to availability however we go all-out to deliver in a time frame of 7-14 working days in the UK. If we are unable to deliver the goods ordered by you we will drop a line to you in order to discuss an alternative item or delayed delivery.

What are your delivery terms

We will attempt to send out your goods the following working day after we receive your order. At really really busy times there may be a delay in the dispatch. Please bear with us. Delivery of the goods will be made to the address chosen by you and will be there in 7 to 14 days.

We will use the Post Office as our delivery agent to ensure you receive your order. If you have problems let us know so that we can help. We send out all mail Second Class Recorded Post so we should be able to track em!

Any claims for damage or shortages should be made, in writing, within 7 days of receipt by you of the goods.

Parcels received in bad condition should be signed for as 'received damaged'. If you have not taken delivery of your parcel in about 18 days after you made your order please let us know so we can look into it for you.

All claims for lost items must be made within 28 days of placing your order or we cannot process the claim. Sorry.
